ORSU - Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Efforts
ORSU has made the commitment to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusivity amongst all of its goals, teams, and efforts. In 2020, ORSU created a D.E.I focused committee to address the challenges facing the sport of rugby and the greater Oregon community as it relates to diversity, equity, and inclusion in sport.
Committee Priorities:
Proactively educate and inform ORSU and its membership on D.E.I related issues in and outside the sphere of rugby
Assist in building bridges of inclusivity, communication, and understanding as it relates to ORSU’s internal and external relationships in the greater community
